SOBHA Verde is the first residential project launched by Sobha Realty in partnership with DMCC in the JLT area. At the moment the development is under construction with the estimated date of completion set to be in Q4 2026. The luxurious complex is estimated to generate sales revenue of AED 1.6B (USD 436M) once completed.
