Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Management
- Generate, qualify, and manage a robust client pipeline through proactive lead generation (networking, cold-calling, referrals).
- Conduct in-depth consultations to understand and advise clients (investors/end-users) on Off-Plan and Secondary Market properties (buying, selling, leasing).
- Guide property investment decisions, including ROI, market trend, and risk analysis.
- Organize property viewings, negotiate offers, and finalize deals to ensure optimal terms for clients.
- Ensure RERA compliance for all transactions.
Market Expertise & Operations
- Conduct continuous market research on Dubai property trends, new launches, and legislative changes.
- Maintain accurate client and property details in the CRM system and property portals.
- Collaborate with marketing and admin teams for effective listing promotion and smooth transaction processing.
- Assist clients with mortgage and property management queries.
Skills and Qualifications
Required
- Proven track record in sales or real estate brokerage (Dubai experience preferred).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (English required).
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and key freehold areas.
- A professional, energetic, self-motivated attitude with a commitment to exceeding sales targets.

We are hiring an energetic and articulate Female Tele-Caller to join our fast-paced sales team. The primary focus of this role is to generate qualified sales leads and book appointments for our Property Consultants by proactively reaching out to potential buyers and investors across the Dubai market.
This is an office-based role that requires excellent discipline, a persuasive attitude, and a strong focus on achieving daily call and lead targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively call prospects (from provided databases and existing leads) to identify their real estate needs, gauge their interest, and qualify them as potential clients for sales and leasing.
- Appointment Setting: Successfully book and confirm a minimum number of high-quality, warm appointments daily for the Property Consultants.
- Pipeline Management: Track and maintain accurate records of all calls, customer information, and outcomes within the company CRM system.
- Product Knowledge: Clearly and confidently explain Forte Realty’s services, promotions, and the benefits of specific properties (both ready and off-plan) to potential clients.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for call volume, contact rates, and confirmed appointments.
- Team Collaboration: Report daily activity and results to the Sales Manager and maintain open communication with the Property Consultants to ensure a smooth hand-off of leads.
Skills and Qualifications
Required
- Gender: Female (Due to specific team structure and client communication requirements).
- Proven experience in tele-calling, telesales, or customer service (Real Estate experience is a strong advantage).
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear, professional, and persuasive telephone manner in English (Arabic, Russian, or other languages are highly beneficial).
- A positive, energetic, and resilient attitude with the ability to handle rejections professionally.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in using basic CRM software and MS Office.
- High level of self-motivation and target-driven mindset.
